Combined Graduate Level — Group B and Group C posts in the Central Government
SSC CGL (Combined Graduate Level Examination) is conducted every year by the Staff Selection Commission to recruit candidates for Group B and Group C posts across ministries, departments and organisations of the Government of India. For graduates, it is one of the largest and most sought-after recruitment examinations in the country.
Selection happens in two stages — Tier 1 and Tier 2, both computer based. Some posts additionally require a skill test or computer proficiency test, followed by document verification.
