AIIMS CAPFIMS Faculty Recruitment 2026

All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi is inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for the recruitment of Group-A Faculty positions on a direct recruitment basis. This recruitment drive is for various positions at the CAPFIMS Campus, Delhi for the year 2026.

Available Positions

• Professor: 17 positions (UR-8, EWS-3, OBC-3, SC-2, ST-1) - Pay Level-14A ₹168,900-220,400/-
• Additional Professor: 17 positions (UR-9, EWS-2, OBC-2, SC-3, ST-1) - Pay Level-13A2 ₹148,200-211,400/-
• Associate Professor: 17 positions (UR-5, EWS-1, OBC-6, SC-4, ST-1) - Pay Level-13A1 ₹138,300-209,200/-
• Assistant Professor: 49 positions (UR-22, EWS-4, OBC-13, SC-8, ST-2) - Pay Level-12 ₹101,500-167,400/-

Application Fee

The application fee is ₹3000 for general candidates and ₹2400 for SC/ST/EWS candidates. PWD candidates are exempted from the fee.
