All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi, is inviting online applications for the recruitment of Group-A faculty positions at the CAPFIMS campus for 2026. The positions include Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Additional Professor, and Professor across various medical disciplines.

• Professor: 17 vacancies (UR-8, EWS-3, OBC-3, SC-2, ST-1)
• Additional Professor: 17 vacancies (UR-9, EWS-2, OBC-2, SC-3, ST-1)
• Associate Professor: 17 vacancies (UR-5, EWS-1, OBC-6, SC-4, ST-1)
• Assistant Professor: 49 vacancies (UR-22, EWS-4, OBC-13, SC-8, ST-2)

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit for all positions: 50 years
• Pay Scale: As per 7th CPC (Professor Pay Level-14A, Additional Professor Pay Level-13A2, Associate Professor Pay Level-13A1, Assistant Professor Pay Level-12)

• General/OBC: ₹3000/-
• SC/ST/EWS: ₹2400/-
• No fee for PWD candidates
