Vanpal and Vanrakshak direct recruitment — conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board under the Forest Subordinate Service Rules, 2015.
Rajasthan Forester (Vanpal) and Forest Guard (Vanrakshak) are recruited through a written examination conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board.
Both papers carry 100 questions for 100 marks in 2 hours, with one-third negative marking. Forester questions are set at Senior Secondary level and Forest Guard questions at Secondary level. Only the written marks count towards final selection.
