  • Major human diseases, causes and diagnosis; waste management.

4. Major Current Events

  • Issues related to sports, politics, economy, social, geographical, cultural, ecological and technical fields.
  • State and national issues.
  • Famous personalities.
  • State and national programmes and policies.

5. Maths

  • HCF and LCM.
  • Average.
  • Profit and loss.
  • Percentage.
  • Simple interest.
  • Compound interest.
  • Ratio and proportion.

6. Animal Husbandry

This subject belongs to this recruitment alone — it appears in no other RSSB examination, and it is what really separates a prepared candidate from an unprepared one.

  • Reproduction, digestion, respiration, major diseases, characteristics and habitat, and conservation in animals.
  • Nutritive value of animal products, animal agriculture and poultry farming.
  • Shepherds in the modern world.
  • Wild animals, their life and wildlife resources.
